The service
HeyAIHeadshot generates professional headshots from the selfies you upload. Results vary with the quality of your photos, and we cannot guarantee a specific outcome.
Your content
You must own the photos you upload or have permission to use them. You may only upload photos of yourself or of people who have agreed to it. You own the headshots we generate for you and may use them anywhere, including commercially.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to impersonate others, to create misleading or harmful images, or to violate any law or third-party right. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Payments and refunds
Paid plans are subscriptions billed monthly or yearly and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. If your results are unusable, contact us within 14 days of a charge and we will regenerate them or refund you.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
